MILVEST: Certificate Class: Overview -Developing Business Leadership

This Overview-Class introduced participants to the essentials of Business Leadership such as (i) Understanding Team Dynamics (ii) Coaching and Mentoring (iii) Conflict Management, and (iv) Dealing with Resistance. The class was engaging and highly interactive. Participants to the class could relate to these key concepts with their past experience in military service, as well as those from other corporate and professional domains. Participants could achieve a fair understanding of these essentials to Business leadership and would be in a good position going forward  to implement them in their professional space for better outcomes in future.
