Fundamentals of Operational Excellence was a custom designed 30 hour online live program delivered by Industry experts from Grant Thornton. The program covered essential concepts highly relevant for all professionals in managerial and leadership capacities, in todays era of fast changing corporate landscape.

Ten carefully curated sessions of 3 hours each, conducted monthly in a highly interactive format were effective in driving and cementing these key concepts as a takeway for the program learners from military community.
