Certificate Class: Lean Six Sigma Overview

The 'Certificate Class : Lean Six Sigma Overview' is an exceptionally simplified effort to expose a large number of military professionals and their family members to the industry-valued framework of 'Lean Six Sigma' . In a 3-Hour online class conducted by industry expert from leading Global Consultancy, the participants reviewed the basic tenets of quality, and learnt about the DMAIC approach to achieving Efficiency and Effectiveness in the Lean Six Sigma framework.
